Insurance Policy

Please Note! We are a non-participating provider with ALL insurance. All payment is due the day of your treatment. Please be sure to keep your insurance information updated with the front desk. We will still submit all insurance claims, so that you receive reimbursement from your insurance promptly. Your insurance will reimburse you directly for the amount of the procedure that they cover.

Discounts Offered

Seniors 62 and over will receive a 15% discount on all treatment regardless of payment method.

We currently do not charge an extra fee for use of credit cards at time of payment, but we do offer a 10% cash and check discount for payments in full.

If you are currently in the military or are a veteran, we offer a 15% discount on all treatment. Occasionally our office does Military Specials. Call for details.

We understand paying for dental procedures is expensive, and in order to make your treatments more affordable we are pleased to offer Care Credit financing options with low monthly payments and no interest. This finance plan allows you to pay for your treatment a little at a time in order for you to stay under your budget but still keep your smile healthy and beautiful!

It is our goal to provide you with the high-quality treatments you need for a healthy smile that fits your budget. Your treatment plan will show a breakdown of all the specific fees that you will need to pay following your appointment, and we will inform you of the extra costs (if any) before your treatment when possible. To meet your needs, we offer many types of payment options. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
